Labneh Stuffed Apricots

Ingredients

4 apricots, halved 
8 tablespoons of labneh 
4 teaspoons honey
¼ cup roasted salted pecans, finely chopped 


Instructions

Wash and halve the apricots, discard the pit, and arrange face-up on a flat surface. Dollop a spoonful of labneh into the center of each fruit. Drizzle with a little bit of honey and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Enjoy right away!
